- All items returned will be inspected prior to refund.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Price paid by the customers is the price on which the refund is based.
- Items purchased can be returned for a refund, replacement or exchange, provided proof of purchase is provided.
- All returns will be subject to an administration and handling fee.
- A collection fee is charged for collections due to customer error.
- A collection and redelivery fee will be charged where a return is refused.
- Returns will be refused in the following circumstances:
- Where an item has been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way.
- Where a return is deemed to be unreasonable, this will be referred to management for resolution.
- We can only replace a product with the same type of product.

2. Your original order date and invoice number
3. The reason for the return
4. The item collection address and time for collection (working hours only)
5. Details of the credit card number or loyalty programme account to be credited.
Please note:
- If your purchase was made with loyalty points, your refund will be effected in loyalty points.
- If no one is at the collection address at the appointed collection time, an additional handling fee will be charged.
- A collection and redelivery fee will be charged where a return is rejected.
