When you register with GreaterGood South Africa on this site you enable us to provide you with a seamless service. We assure you that we treat all your information with utmost confidentiality. It will never be exploited in any way. The registration process does not result in any automatic obligations on your part. When you register you are able to clearly define the services you would most like to receive from us.

Ĝ If you would like to remain anonymous or share your name with your beneficiary;
Ĝ If you would like to receive the Greater Good SA monthly email newsletter which provides you with up-to-date reports on giving through the site, highlights topical causes and informs you about the innovative ways to make a positive difference;
Ĝ If you would like us to inform you of special events and offerings.
Logging in to GreaterGood South Africa
As soon as you login all your information is automatically used to pre-populate the relevant fields which saves you the time and hassle of having to enter it all over again. Most importantly, if you are a registered donor who has provided us with your correct physical address we can provide you with your original donations receipt.
Experience the Gift
GreaterGood South Africa pays out donations on a quarterly basis and we take responsibility for ensuring that your donation reaches your beneficiary.
More importantly, our single biggest commitment to you is to ensure that your donations are received by bona fide causes who reciprocate by demonstrating the unique benefit and impact of your gift. This is the way we enable you to Experience the Gift that comes from giving.
To this end, GreaterGood South Africa provides you with a feedback report from your beneficiary so that you know how your donation made a positive difference. Causes have three months to respond to donations (except where these are funds for longer term use or for programmatic funding when reports are provided quarterly until the donation has been utilised) and their feedback reports are featured on the site. If we have your correct email address, we can then forward you your own personal gift report back to thank you for your contribution.
Security
Once you have registered with GreaterGood South Africa your personal details can only be amended by using your chosen password.
We suggest that you keep this password private to ensure that no one else can gain access to your information. You can change your password at any time.
Donating or ordering online is entirely safe and very easy and offers the latest in secure transaction technology. GreaterGood South Africa takes every precaution to protect your payment details. However, it is your responsibility to notify your credit card provider of the unauthorized use in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If any unauthorized charge appears on your credit card as a result of a secure credit card transaction through www.GreaterGoodSA.co.za, you must report this directly to your Card Provider.
On ordering, where you are asked to enter your card information, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
