| International Day of the Volunteer a time to give to those who spend the year giving. In the Disadvantaged areas our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly for the communities. International Day of the Volunteer is in the middle of "16 Days of Activism against violence against woman and children" which is a particularly busy time in the communities. Most of these volunteers are unemplyed yet pay their own transport costs. We would like to give them something in return for their dedication. |

| Tins contents of your choice i.e fruit, beans, meat, rice, biscuits, tea, coffee, soap (bath and washing), sugar, rice, mielie meel, sweets, hand cream, tissues. Anything that you would think make an exciting hamper. Altogether there are approx. 30 volunteers. |
