All goods are distributed amongst our patients at the Karuna Clinic who are in dire need we aim to provide travelling expenses to our clients to ensure regular visits to the clinic and support group. A food parcel is also given to those identified by our Home Based Carers provided that funds are available. We also pay for blood tests and medication for our clients.
 
The 2nd hand goods which are donated to us are sold to generate income through our second hand shop at Hospice House these goods are also given to our clients who are in need of clothing for themselves and their children.
 
All goods donated will therefore go to the continued care of our patients either in the In Patient Unit or clients of Karuna Clinic who are in need, starting with Grandmothers who are caring for orphaned grandchildren, after this, clients who are unemployed with no visible means of income and are not receiving a Government Grant. Of course these programmes are subject to funds being available.
