Creation and hosting of a website, to assist with outings and events and to assist with administration. The volunteers is to create an awareness of Magical Moments and more importantly, the children become more effective and grow in order to reach more children, extend reach and allow the public to share in the Magical Moments, to see the faces of joy and happiness.
