Badisa Prince Albert started off as a result of the Hope Project. Hope represents various churches who were involved with the community activities. An urgent need for a welfare organisation was identified. After several meetings with the communities and Department of Welfare and other role-players, our organisation was established. We are a Non Profit Organisation which received monthly subsidy from the Department of Welfare- Beaufort West.
We build together towards a happy and caring community. We deliver an integral service to all our communities, Klaarstroom and surrounding farms, Leeu-Gamka and surrounding farms, Prince Albert Town and surrounding farms. One of our values is communities based on Christianity. A Christianit approach and also a holistic manner to serve our communities in partnership with other volunteers and role-players. Our goals are to reach out to broken individuals, families, groups and communities on their way to independency.
