| The Christine Revell Children's Home is registered to care for 49 abandoned, abused, neglected or orphaned children from birth to 5 years old irrespective of race, gender and religion or HIV status. We strive to nurture and develop every child in need and work towards their successful re-integration into a family and the community. |

| The home has been in existence for more than 30 years since September 1975. It is registered as a place of safety for children younger than 5 years old and services the broader community of the Western Cape. Our board of trustees consists of 11 members including the director and 10 persons from the community ( 5 of which are church members from the church that is the founder members of the home) There are 20 permanent staff members consisting of child care workers, domestic child care workers, social worker, admin staff, educare co-ordinator and assistant. Seven staff is relief workers- who are not permanently employed but have shifts as per need. |
