Currently, we have 35 rooms used for accommodation purposes. Each woman and child (if she has children) stays for a maximum period of 6 months. Over a 12 month period, potentially, we could have 2 or more families in one room. The food bill at the Place of Hope for the past 12 months was R5 500 per month. With this amount we were able to feed 90 women and 60 children over 12 months.

With an amount of R6000 per month, we will be able to feed 100 women and 70 children, over a 12 month period.
