The Centre is fortunate to be situated on large grounds, but these need regular upkeep. While there is no shortage of gardeners, most do not have their own equipment.

Helping women recover from the abuse they have experienced does not consist only of emotional/psychological support and economic empowerment. One's physical environment is also important and we strive to keep the gardens and grounds as beautiful as possible.
