You can receive a Child Support Grant without a Birth Certificate or Identity Book?
Alliance for children’s entitlement to social Security (ACESS) and Lighthouse Grouping wishes to invite you to a Social Assistance information session on Regulation 11 that allows persons to access Social Grants without an identity document (ID) or Birth Certificate; but to use alternative documents that are available.
Too few people are unaware that they can access a Social Grant without an ID and this act as a barrier to them receiving the grant.
In partnership with ACESS and as part of the 16 days of Activism for Violence against Woman and Children we will be hosting a Free Information Session on Tuesday 15 December 2015 at 10 am to 12 pm at the Lighthouse Praise Centre, cnr of 4th Avenue and Buck Road, Lotus River.
